PHYSICAL PREPARATION

The physical preparation program is equally customized, focusing on strength, endurance, agility, and explosiveness. Workouts combine gym-based strength training, functional conditioning, and sport-specific drills designed according to each athlete’s position, abilities, and development objectives.

Recovery protocols, including mobility work, stretching, and injury prevention strategies, are integrated to maintain peak physical condition. By personalizing every aspect of training and nutrition, the program ensures that each athlete progresses efficiently, develops resilience, and reaches the highest possible level of performance.

NUTRITION

The nutrition plan in this professional program is fully personalized to optimize each athlete’s performance and physical development. Every meal is carefully designed to meet the individual’s metabolic needs, energy demands, and body composition goals. Emphasis is placed on providing the right balance of macronutrients—proteins for muscle growth, carbohydrates for energy, and healthy fats for recovery—while ensuring proper hydration and nutrient timing.

Supplements are introduced when necessary to support recovery and performance. This tailored approach allows players to maintain consistent energy levels, reduce fatigue, and maximize the benefits of their training sessions.

When I started working with Marlex International, I was only 14 years old. At that time, I was just a kid full of energy, excitement, and big dreams — but I still had a long journey ahead of me.

 

From the very first day, the training was completely personalized, focused on helping me grow both physically and mentally. Every session was designed not only to improve my performance on the field but also to strengthen my mindset, discipline, and confidence. I learned to understand my body, to train with purpose, and to give my best every single day.

 

One of the most important parts of my development was the nutritional guidance. Marlex helped me change my habits and understand how essential nutrition is to an athlete’s performance. Step by step, I started transforming my daily routine, learning how to live more professionally, more consciously, and more committed to my goals.

 

Looking back now, I can say that this process was a fundamental part of my growth. It helped me become not only a better player but also a better person.

 

Today, six years later, I’m a professional player for Orlando City (MLS) and a member of the U20 U.S. National Team. Everything I learned during those years with Marlex remains part of my daily routine. Without that work, guidance, and mindset they helped me build, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

 

I’m truly grateful for everything I experienced with Marlex — it was a journey that changed my career and the way I see both football and life.

ALEJANDRO GRANADOS

My experience with Marlex International was a turning point in my football career. When I started working with their program, I realized that physical development and nutrition are fundamental pillars for reaching the highest level. From day one, the training was personalized and demanding, focused on enhancing my abilities and preparing me for professional football.

 

Marlex’s approach helped me understand my body better, optimize my performance, and improve my strength, speed, and endurance. But beyond the physical aspect, I learned the importance of discipline and daily consistency — values that I now apply in every training session and every match.

 

The nutritional work was also a key part of my progress. Through the program’s guidance, I was able to transform my habits, adapt my diet to the demands of high performance, and understand how every detail contributes to success on the pitch.

 

Thanks to that process, I was able to take solid steps in my development and compete with a more professional mindset. Today, being part of the Spanish U20 National Team and playing for Club Brugge FC, the most successful team in Belgium and a regular participant in the UEFA Champions League, is the result of years of work, commitment, and continuous learning.

 

I’m very grateful to Marlex for being part of my journey. Their methodology helped me grow both as an athlete and as a person, and it remains a key reference in my path as a professional footballer.
